i have never met her but i know her mom, Hayat and sister Jacklyn very well and i can tell you they are VERY conservative; not even allowing their daughter to go to school activities at pools if boys are going to be there.
hayat is salt of the Earth and the family matriarch in every sense of the word and still keeps everyone in line. i would say to give this one some time; lets see what evolves with janette. i gotta believe Trump's team knows what they're doing.
eta if i end up being wrong, go ahead & bookmark this post and i'll happily eat my words but i think this is a solid pick that's under the radar.

you are wrong. you know where she was today? nashville. you know what she was doing? hanging out with her sisters and her mom and visiting her nephew at school. you know what else? my wife met her once maybe 5 years ago at Jacklyn's house and she came up to her and gave her a huge hug and told her she meant alot to the family and she remembered her from meeting her that one time.
she's not out meeting in back rooms with democrats and plotting against trump.
i'm bookmarking this thread because the naysayers are going to eat crow. this is a beautiful family and despite what you think, she's going to do a great job as SG.
