That they are Nazi sympathizers.

Is there considerable value in having a minor "western democracy.
Ukraine is the largest nation in Europe and has the sixth-largest population on that continent. Geographically, it constitutes the only viable route for a large-scale invasion between Asia and Europe. I have trouble classifying it as "minor" under any of these measures.

Granted, its economy is middle-of-pack, but I also consider it to still be a developing nation in many respects.

Many alums of the Warsaw Pact and former USSR seem to have adjusted more quickly, and I wonder whether that is a function of their status as satellite states, rather than states that were fully-incorporated into the former Soviet Union. But the Baltic states have adjusted quite well, and they were part of the USSR.

One almost begins to wonder whether Slavic ethnicity plays a role, but several of the Western Slavs (e.g. Poland and Czechia) have done quite well, especially as compared to the Eastern Slavs (e.g. Belarus, Ukraine & Russia)

Nothing.

"Stand with Ukraine", "Black Lives Matter", "Wear your mask for Covid" all mean ABSOLUTELY NOTHING, and is little more than lost, empty, regressives with nothing to show for their lives, so they latch onto any "topic of the day" as a show of virtue to all of the other NPC's on the internet.

They know that we aren’t getting into an armed conflict with another major power over the Ukraine.

And guess what, the last president wasn’t going to either.

Not sure this war would be happening but for the current President and his weakness.

Russia would not have invaded Ukraine. Just like the previous 4 years when they DIDN'T DO ANYTHING.

It’s crazy that no one wants to answer the question.

Would trump have gone to war over the Ukraine?

I think We all know the answer is no. I think Putin knew as well. If anything soft brain Biden seems MORE a likely to go to war over this.

No, just like Russia wouldn't have invaded when Trump was in office because Trump isn't a brain dead potato. You think you have a gotcha here, but you don't.

Trump May not be a brain dead potato, but what would he have done?

The answer isn’t go to war and everyone knows it.

shite wasn’t Trump trying to pull out of NATO and outwardly critical of it?

0 interest in getting into a war with Russia over Ukraine.

You don't seem to mind American taxpayer money being given to the losers in Ukraine.

Instead, you are like the limpwristers on the OT war thread who like calling people Putin/Russia lovers just because we don't give a frick about Ukraine.

Correct.

But the reason we are here is the Russians know leadership is weak.

They realize we will do nothing, and they can take this as far as they choose.

The USA now as absolutely no leverage in this situation at all. None.

So Biden is weak because he won’t go to war

But Trump is strong because he won’t go to war.

I am Just having trouble understanding why Putin was scared of a guy who wasn’t going to fight him over the Ukraine and openly wanted out of NATO all together.
