If he was aware of the flag lowering and knew that he should be respectful then he should do better.
The video the rabid macaque posted didn't show anything unless I missed it during all the damn pop ups.
I'm not sure how anyone can be angry based on that video. It was a slide show.

He was aware of the music at least, he commented on it. In the end it just is a case of ignorance of "retreat". Not a good look for a CIC but the military isn't his forte'.
