Then you'll know most of these countries provide English documents. The first sign would have been the customs and immigration forms had you actually traveled abroad.

This is what happens when you have multinational corporations run by mostly foreigners.

You realize literally every non-English speaking country in Europe has English translations for almost everything, right?
You can't go to a nice or chain restaurant in Spain without having an English menu option for instance.

Many places in Europe have a notice on the menu that explains that tipping is not necessary or a part of their culture. I'm pretty sure they don't put that on the menu to accommodate other Europeans.
