You are under the impression nothing could be EITHER moved in or out of the MAL double secured storage? Are you just blabbering or are you actually aware of what you're suggesting? And obviously such a decree would put the FBI, who removed materials from the MAL double secured storage (materials they were unauthorized to review), in QUITE a bind, right?
