I would doubt the authenticity of any photograph that purports to show documents in a toilet. That is a terrible way to get rid of documents that could be shredded and burned, or just thrown in the trash. I would assume that any such photograph is a fake.

Surely your media must be releasing copies of the executive order. If anyone actually suggests such an order exists, it must be available, right?
Executive orders are not done by waiving hands or merely saying something in private. Note Trump's executive order regarding the Russia probe. It was written. We can see it.
If there is an executive order declassifying documents, or some kind of "standing order," then provide us the cite to the executive order so we can see it.

They didn’t find a corpse in his closet. I’m assuming there’s a lot of shite to investigate in boxes of documents
This ain’t a movie, and that assuming he actually had sensitive material that he wasn’t supposed to have. I’m not convinced, so I’m taking a wait and see approach.
I will say that the whole “anything I leave the office with is declassified cause I said so” schtick seems like some serious horse shite rule that nobody should be okay with
