I mean, while we’re on the subject because it was brought out by a Desantis supporter, it’s also a reality that although RD didn’t direct any negativity at the child herself, it still nonetheless thrusts the defenseless child’s “illegitimate” status and plight right squarely into the national spotlight……essentially for a cheap, fleeting swipe at a candidate who he isn’t even officially up against.

I guess we’ll never know. Because Trump didn’t say it, not can I recall any instance wherein he did use any child as a game piece like that.
But maybe we can actually pretend he did. To which I will say “Trump, as I’m sure you’re aware, I don’t chew in your arse much at all. Even upon monitoring the situation, just haven’t seen the need. Less and except a few instances, and this is one. I’m genuinely disappointed in this lapse in judgement.”

I mean he 100% campaigned on Hunter Biden’s corruption and incompetence… and he wasn’t wrong to do so because Hunter subjected himself by his corruption.
DeSantis did not say anything negative about the child. He is calling out Deadbeat Grandpa. Is now all of sudden taboo to criticize deadbeat parents?

I already said I don’t take any hardcore position on it, but since it was sort of being boasted about as a checkmark in the W column for RD, then some usual bickering back and forth, I thought it had become fair game to propose an alternative view. True, while it’s not the end of the world, it does at the same time sort of stand out as far as it involving a small child who has no ability to assent to being a “character” in a political ad, basically, nor can she respond or clarify in anyway. She’s an innocent victim of the piece of shite Bidens, a certain stigma will follow her for life given the atypically high profile nature, and to use her victimization for personal electoral benefit, the more I think about it, he should have known better than that.
When it comes to children, there are simply a different set of “rules.” And when I say children I mean small children, not of the Hunter sort. Not even in the conversation.
