So reading through the tea leaves of the doctor speak there are some definite promising things and some definite concerning things. Clearly, President Trump had some low oxygen saturations and an abnormal chest x-ray as the Position of the President was evasive regarding the low oxygen numbers and the description of any radiographs. I think that’s what scared the medical staff at the White House into transferring Trump to the hospital. On the good side, he’s definitely recovered his oxygen numbers on room air and his fever has improved. However, coronavirus definitely is a roller coaster ride with ups and downs and high risk people like President Trump. He definitely has an amazing team of providers with an amazing array of weapons to fight the good fight and given the early aggressive treatment, hopefully he recovers with little to no long-term effects. There really is no sense in speculating where things will go from here but cautious optimism seems appropriate and the only thing you can do is wait and see. But, as usual, the press will speculate and pontificate because they’ve got nothing better to do.

That is not clear at all.

What fever? He is now afebrile.

Negative. CV19 is much more of a progression.

The monoclonal antibody treatment Conley chose was bold as hell, and outstanding!

I told MrsNC, the FDA screwed up mAb study parameters so badly that REGN was struggling to enroll patients, and those struggles might prevent Trump from receiving them, but that is absolutely the winning treatment. Didn't think they'd put POTUS on an Rx that had only been trialed by a few hundred patients though.

When they did, I celebrated like LSU had just scored again against Clemson. It was a funny moment, because MrsNC had CNBC playing, w/ Scott Gottlieb on. He was incredulous about the decision. MrsNC chuckled and said "I'm guessing "he's an idiot"?" I said "you just watch."

Today after the presser MrsNC laughed about Gottlieb and said, "Well here we are."

Says who? Trump’s personal doctor said this morning (I watched him brief the press live) that all of the POTUS’ vitals were normal.
