If you don't think there are already multiple lists of every firearm owned by every american, I've got some beachfront property for sale.
I'm in no way promoting or suggesting that anyone should do so, in absolute full and legal disclosure, but there are loopholes that one can use to very legally possess certain things without certain entities knowing about it... if they were to choose to do so. Just make sure those certain things that you may or may not choose to possess are actually legal, not modified and not required to be registered with any of these oversight entities.
