Good news for the rule of law.
From the 11th circuit ruling;
“The real question that guides our analysis is this—adequate remedy for what?” the opinion reads. ”If there has been no constitutional violation—much less a serious one—then there is no harm to be remediated in the first place.”

So, he had his lawyers move for a special master, seek SCOTUS review when the 11th Circuit allowed the FBI to continue its investigation, and fight with the special master over the review of documents....
But he cares less than anyone that the entire delay tactic was ruled unconstitutional and must be dismissed?
