So is Mueller going to testify or not? He's been a ghost as far as public appearances go.

So much of a ghost that his spokesman was hired to say no comment to damn near every single press inquiry, call, or email.

The only time he's spoken has been pretty much through court filings and secondhand statements from his spokesman and the AG and DAG.

Why do democrats expect that he's just magically going to break his two year Oz like silence and appearance just because Jerry Nadler said so?

Remember when Decatur was acting like it was a forgone conclusion that they were going to subpoena Trump for an interview or grand jury testimony?

He was acting like that while in reality Mueller and his team didn't even have the balls to actually inquire about getting a subpoena against POTUS in court.

The Dems are going to play it as an important stone left unturned, as if THAT will produce the smoking gun. All they've got is creating clouds of suspicion and confusion. Take that arrow from their quiver ASAP by getting Mueller in there and fast.

there is no way, NO WAY, the dimms do that.

if they do then the republican half of the committy gets to ask him questions too.

as soon as they ask a simple question,

"yes or no answer only, did donald trump break and laws or obstruct justice in any way?

as soon as mueller says no, they cant impeach or continue investigations for the next 15 months, and they very well know and understand this.

having mueller testify and put an end to any and all avenues of speculation is the last thing they want or would allow

I'd like to hear him explain when "exoneration" became the job of investigators/prosecutors.

That will be a good one.

Yep. Exoneration. Word choice is important.

Mueller has to avoid all of these topics under oath if he can...

Mueller would have to explain why they wanted to interview Trump well after they accepted no collusion occurred.

Why they avoided discussion in the collusion parts that painted the FBI (and Fusion gps) in a bad light.

Why they neglected to discuss the intelligence ties of many of those that were involved and how all of this swirls around the FISA court

Why they knew there was no collusion early on and yet continued the investigation for as long as they did

Why did he staff his special council with so many people that were directly tied to the Clinton and Trump investigations

Why did he selectively investigate and prosecute parts of the collusion narrative and not others (Podesta etc)

What was the official mandate and when was it determined

There are so many land mines in this that it would be a blood bath if he does appear

They better off getting someone like Weismann to testify.

He's a slimy Trump hater and will likely agree with all their bullshite.

Yeah Mueller was the boss but what can he do? Disagree with his own report.

It's ludicrous. How many times do the Democrats want to hear "no obstruction, no collusion"?

Seems like a lot.
