Sorry, I don't listen to people on the left about spending.

Like the working class fellow, Mexico simply cannot afford the trade war bet. It may not be fair, but the US can afford to take that bet. Mexico can't. There won't be a trade war because Mexico would be disproportionately devastated.
They might be disproportionately harmed, but that doesn't mean it won't happen. Hell smaller economies are more notorious than larger ones for enacting tariffs and the like. If we start throwing them up Mexico will assuredly follow suit.

Are they only teaching liability and expenses in accounting these days?

I'm not saying we won't save, and save bigly! I'm just arguing the absurd idea that Mexico is going to pay for it and the idea that everyone has this thing is going to be free.

Mexicans already know Mexico will pay for the wall.
If their politicians choose to wreck the Mexican economy by implementing a trade war, those politicians will be removed from office . . . . or worse.

And which country's citizens will be more accepting of economic hardship? It ain't Americans. The real fun is going to start with the Chinese who don't take kindly to being pushed around in negotiations. They can revoke a few export licenses and almost overnight, Americans won't be able to purchase IPhones and it will take Apple quite a while to resource production elsewhere. History lessons are going to have to be learned again.

ow do you still not understand what "Mexico will pay for it" means?
Willfull ignorance?
The liberals are now in the "nuh uh" phase of rational discourse regarding the wall.
Trump says he'll build the wall.
Liberals: No he won't
Trump signs executive order to build wall
Liberals: Well Americans are going to pay for it
Trump explains how Mexico will pay via tarrifs.
Liberals: "Nuh uh"
Just remember, when arguing with liberals, you are arguing with 3 year olds.

Right, because in Latin American economies that always happens.
Posted on 1/26/17 at 8:44 am to DavidTheGnome
I NEVER expected the wall to be free, but even if we pay for it up front, we make up the cost quickly by having to pay benefits to fewer illegals.
Sounds like smaller government on its way.

I'm sure you were convinced that Trump would never be president. I bet you had a laugh over that too.

Latin American countries don't always do what's in their best interest economically? Sure. See Latin America.

Holy hell - where did you go to school? I definitely don't want my kids educated in that state. You want to see the Democrats take control of Congress in two years? Take away Apple products and mission accomplished.

Yea you never see those in Latin America.

False premise. As for the wall, I have no problem with tax payers paying for it since 1. it's a priority matter of national security and 2. it likely save taxpayers money in the long run by not supporting illegal indigents through government services.
