I disagree. The photo is limited propaganda value. It’s not a faked photo of him talking to soldiers in Walter Reed. It’s not that he didn’t go to the event. Put another professional photographer’s picture of AF1 at Daytona and the tweet is the same.

It's fake to the extent that it wasn't from the actual event...but it's not manufacturing an event. We all know Trump was there, and Air Force 1 was there.
Comparing this to other "Fake News" where they are actually trying to manufacture a story is ridiculous.
