No, which is why the other day when I passed a parked car with the windows rolled up and saw an infant inside who was obviously in distress because of the sweltering heat, I just laughed and said "people gonna raise they kids they own way......" as I walked by and did and said nothing ....

Free speech inherently means there will be things out there in public spaces that you don't want to see or hear. Racism. Sex topics. It's your job to avoid the topics that offend you or don't agree with. As a parent, it's your job to teach your kids your values and to be aware of what they are exposed to.
