So about that GOP senate staffer that was arrested for kiddie porn....

I just found out how pedophiles talk and it's some seriously sick and evil things that's said here that made me feel physically ill and wanting to vomit.
It totally solidifies and hardens my belief that there is no cure for pedophiles and the moral and ethical thing to do is put a bullet in the pedophile's head once he/she is convicted and it has been confirmed in a court of law and by a licensed psychiatrist that the accused is a pedophile.
A bullet in the head is the kind thing to do for both society's protection and the pedophile who will never be allowed to have a comfortable moment for the rest of his life.
And what's just as sick is that he worked for organizations dedicated to protecting babies and called himself a god fearing christian.

Perhaps the most disturbing thing about Verastigui’s arrest is that in years predating these criminal allegations he worked at pro-life movement organizations including March for Life, Students for Life America, Live Action and Susan B Anthony List, according to his LinkedIn.

If he did say this, then hanging is too good for him.
However, he needs his day in court. Too many innocent people are getting painted with this attack. I know he is anti MTG, and that makes me dislike him, but we still need to use innocent until proven guilty. Watch this video.

A moral human being is unable to truly understand the depth of human depravity and even if we understand on an intellectual level we won’t let ourselves take a deep dive into that world. For any normal person, unless it touches them personally, it remains an abstraction. I’ve never read anything like that before and can’t imagine how barren your soul would have to be to think those thoughts and type those words. Truly horrific.

One way to silence people is to plant stuff on their computer & doctor their chats, tweets, etc.

My concern is if this started out as a local case and the feds took over it very well may be brushed under the rug as it probably has tentacles to powerful people.

The feds and most law enforcement agencies don't make an arrest for a child sex crimes case until they have an airtight case and they have the suspect nailed to the wall and his arse in a sling and there's no chance of him wiggling out.
If there's a case cops and prosecutors absolutely hate to lose, its kiddie porn and putting pedophiles in jail.
He's a pedophile and his life is over as he will forever bear the red scarlet letter of such a designation as the most inviolable and sacred taboo and anyone that crosses that line will never have a comfortable moment ever again.

Depends on what powerful Democrats he can also implicate. If he has a good connection to a powerful Democrat he's going to get off.

So the investigation was done by the DC Metropolitan Police. Local LEO are muuuuuuuuuch more reliable than the feds. It also looks like the local DC Attorney's office is prosecuting this.

There is a part of me which thinks this is being done on purpose. To so throw off our perceptions and intentionally confuse us that we are stunned into either silence or doing really stupid things & in an irrational manner.
They say that absolute power corrupts absolutely. But this guy isn’t in any sort of power, he just works for it. It’s the illusion of power which I think drives people to do what they do. I guess I can’t explain it either.
