Good grief. I never really cared for Trump, some of the immigration and others views maybe. But now, this must be pure genius on his part and that if his cabinet. They must be sitting back at night laughing their arses off at all the fools absolutely ridiculing themselves in response to fricking tweets and such. Get a damn grip.

He's right. There's never been anything like this. Left-wing activists are totally out of control. 92% of the corporate media wants to destroy him (saying it's 50/50 that he won't finish his first term?).

What's even worse, since he's not a bought-and-paid-for politician, even the GOP isn't solidly behind him. They would've loved a GOPe hack like Kasich or Jeb, but they aren't crazy about the independent outsider.

He starts the topic with "It could be my fault." I think he is genuinely surprised at how nasty things are in politics and he realizes he's played a role in that as well. So your list of "mean" things he has said isn't really the "gotcha" moment you think it is.

You will note: these are examples of him being "mean" to republicans. I don't have time for all the mean tweets about "his enemies

So he is mean? Is that what this melt is about you snowflake?

Best melt I've seen was Tucker Carlson ending an interview where he was getting destroyed.

It saddens me that any poster, right or left would be such a partisan that he/she can only spout the company line and not think independently of the talking points.

Some of that was a response to attacks on him. Though he has unnecessarily burned some bridges.

A lot of the hate against him is unwarranted though. If you stop and look at reality and ignore the media and manufactured drama, so far things are chugging along just fine in this country. He has kept some campaign promises, hasn't been able to fulfill others yet, and nothing damaging has been done to the country. So far he has been an average president and his success will be whether he does well in foreign policy and can pass decent policy through congress that has more positive impacts than negative.
