No, it does not. Some have talent, some don't. I suggest if you don't, you learn to work harder than the person next to you.

but doesn't equally distribute opportunity
I'd like to know what opportunities Americans don't have that others do (i know the commercial said world).

Of course they have it exactly wrong. And I see that more than being in just the SNHU ads, it's a sentiment that is quite popular among the usual left-leaning it's-not-your-fault-sweetie sites. But then what would you expect from a bunch of Yankees?

Not necessarily an untrue statement.
Effort trumps talent.
One makes his own opportunities.
Opportunity is sought and earned, not distributed.

The "party of science" absolutely refuses to accept the existence of normal distributions.
I guess ethnostudies curricula have no stats classes.

This is one of those instances where moderns want the benefits of believing in God without any of the demands it entails.
I can see a benevolent God giving everyone “equal” talent, but it’s nonsensical to believe “the world” would do any such thing.
The world? Nobody believes the world does that. How dumb.

Talent create opportunity so no, every place in the world doesn't create equal opportunity. That tends to follow Caucasians and to a degree Asians who pursue freedom to work in a capitalistic environment and better themselves. Nothing is 100% nor 0%. Some are tall and run faster and endowed mentally. And then that culture changes the inherited attributes over time. The only thing equal in life is your ultimate demise at some point.

Yeah man, I learned most of my life lessons from a diploma mill no one’s ever heard of.
