Had a buddy lean to me this weekend...we weren't even talking about politics...we were discussing the stock market...he says

Bringing up a confirmed lie, the Russia bounties on troops. He didn't bring it up with Putin because it was confirmed as being fake. The US also killed Russian troops in Syria.
