I am sure the prosecutor is going to get around to it, but she's treating this like a regular courtroom where you have hours (and days) to lay out a case methodically. That's what I am surprised this prosecutor agreed to this wonky 5 minute format.

In some states licensed marriage and family therapist can diagnosed, just like social workers can in LA. . Actually a social worker who touts him or herself as a family therapist in Louisiana could diagnose PTSD.
