And saying he's an American doesn't imply that he doesn't speak Spanish at all, but it makes it highly likely that his predominant language is English as it should be.

All they missed was one song. I saw him in Corpus last week. His last song is totally acoustic and acapello. We were smart enuff to “shut the frick up.”
