We buy the same things week after week.
One snack was recently reduced by about 30% but kept the same price at Publix. Kroger still sells the older amount per package. We’ll see if or when it changes there.
There have been some others we’ve seen as well at grocery stores. This is just the most recent one.

Been going on forever. Candy bars and other "snack food" getting smaller---costing more.
My biggest gripe as an adult is CDM Coffee & Chicory. Small bags were once 16 oz. size. Now, they are 13 oz. with the larger can weighing in at 39 oz.
Now the large can comes in at 34.5 oz. and costs more than ever.

You’re wrong about what you say. Shrinkage to conceal price increases is a real issue that does hurt people’s budgets.
I attribute it to corporate greed every bit as much as actual inflation.
The price of coffee is ridiculous.

I went into a gas station Friday and got a monster and the guy rang it up for $8.99. I was like no way and the cashier looked right at the screen and said yup it rang up for $8.99. Manager must have heard me raising a stink and she came out from behind the counter and said in no world a monster $8.99.
The retard had rang me up for $5.00 in gas. Manager asked if I got gas and I said it’s pretty hard to put gas in a Tesla

So far, there’s nothing to prevent Iran from eventually having a nuclear weapon.

Unless you hide everything you have and go on welfare and Medicaid.
Sometimes I wonder if the poor actually have it better.
What a retarded statement. Having been poor and now not poor, I'll choose not poor 100/100 times.

The conflict in Iran is having way more of an impact on energy prices than EVs

Energy costs need to continue to drop; the number one component of all goods.
Indeed. And the #1 gouger of energy prices is government taxation of energy. Government makes more on a gallon of gas than oil companies.

Maybe Shrinkflation will lead to millions of Americans losing the extra 20 pounds of fat a they're lugging around?
