Don’t have a link heard it on the nbc news channel in car as I was just driving. The reporter was asking one of his classmates what he was like and the kid mentioned that he was bullied for the way he dressed and continuing to wear a mask

Bullying is when big kids beat up little kids or groups beat up individuals. Or stealing lunch money, or tampering with food.

Unpopular opinion but a certain degree of bullying is good and necessary for a society. It is one of the ways norms are enforced
