You don't. What you can do is ban these types of firearms all together.

10+ guns in 6 months should trigger something, don't you think?
What was the time period that this guy purchased his guns? Did he collect over a long period or were the purchases more recent? Just curious from a potential motive/timeline perspective.

A collector who specializes in retail purchases of common rifles? No.

They did the worst job possible with Hillary and as for background checks, they have had issues long before this incident.

I like where this line of thought is going, but unfortunately, that wont happen.
I would like to see purchases interfaced to the level that cold medicine is monitored. If there is a method and mechanism to prevent me from purchasing too much Sudafed from different Walgreens, then there can certainly can be a method to track gun purchases.

We've already got all the legislation needed. Problem lies with criminals and insane individuals, not in more laws.
For proof, go ahead and list out for us all the legally dead, all the legally injured/wounded, all the legally threatened. It won't take long as it will be a very short list.

Sure, but if you buy a few bags here and a few bags there the. Before long you would have a large quantity.
The point is, evil people are going to do evil things. Putting Americans under investigation before they commit crimes is a terrible idea and not a country I would want to live in.

Several States have called for a Constitutional Convention.
You should support it and then work on getting the 2nd Amendment repealed at the convention.
I will be working on repeal of the 16th and 17th and adding a secession process.

Last year there were what? Less than 100 people killed by an "assault weapon" in the US. You may have good intentions, but your methods are reprehensible. Take your emotions out of the equation and think logically.
