I don't think you understand what the hell you are talking about. You need to investigate the situation thoroughly. Make sure you have the proper charge. If you charge incorrectly, the guy ends up going free. This can't be done in a day. Getting all your ducks in a row takes time. I don't even know what you can charge the other 3. The Asian guy especially, he was just standing there away from the situation looking around. That fool might be a case of wrong place wrong time just because he ended up in the video
