That’s IMO a clearly disingenuous test.
The whole point of tariffs is to bring back manufacturing and lower prices in the long term - OF COURSE they will be higher currently - Asia benefits from currency manipulation. The point is to level the playing field.
And I don’t even believe that $239 source cost for USA.

You come off pretty soft thinking that cheap women’s clothing is worth trading our own manufacturing economy for.
