This is disturbing. Black kids held white kids hostage until they pledged allegiance to BLM. They were mimicking what you would expect to see a terrorist do.

Dads need to have “the conversation” with their kids.

And they need to teach their sons how to fight.

Sadly, the parents that do aren't sending their kids to Kentwood elementary. Their kids go to OFA.

Who in their right mind would send their kids to public school in Tangi outside Ponchatoula and parts of Hammond?

A dangerous and disturbing scene, but also an apt metaphor for the current political and cultural climate.

I have a friend who works at another school in the parish. She told me of all kinds of racist things these kids say. It's an absolute shame as this kind of rhetoric was nowhere near as bad when I was going to school in Tangi in the 1990s.

Fathers, it is important you teach your kids how to fight and also get your boys in a weight training program starting in the sixth grade.

It really helps to get them in a contact sport like football or wrestling. Football has really been a positive in my son’s life. At least he is not afraid to get hit.

Also, we need to have a talk with our sons. I told mine if they got into a fight at school and I felt the fight was justified he would not have any consequences at home.
In fact I will take a day off and we will go fishing.

Fight to the Death in that situation. You are going to be slaughtered anyway, so, go down fighting.

Pretty much.

Learn to fight dirty and use whatever you have at hand as a weapon if given a chance.

No idea why this is getting downvoted.

Vast majority of problems in the black community stem from horrifically bad (and malevolent, IMHO) policies from the Democratic party.

There’s no proof LBJ said this, but it’s as true as if he did.

I remember first year of integration when I was in 3rd grade . I had to fight for my life on the school grounds but I never backed down becuz my dad told me to always stand my ground if I was in the right. . I never lost a fight and the more I won the more they kept coming. Sometimes there were mobs who chased me to my bus where the bus driver had to shut the door quickly to keep them from getting on the bus. They were going to whip me but I told them I don’t think that a good idea you better call my dad. My dad left the paper mill came down to the school and they never touched me. This kinda brings back those memories unfortunately.Saying that I hate no one and have no Ill will against anyone. I pray for peace and love for all. This is sad in this day and age though.
