Did you try to make the most imbecilic post of the week, or does it just come naturally.

You fellas amaze me, have any of you ever claimed residence in another country???? I have, and I didnt bring a kid, claim refugee status and then get to live there for years, collect benes, nor sell off the kid to the nearest sexual offender.

Grow up and understand a little more about the absurd immigration mess the US has, or become the EU and whine.

Why am I supposed to care about illegal alien children being separated from their illegal parents? This kind of ridiculous moralizing is what happens when society is feminized beyond repair.

In other words you are as illiterate and inept as the moron who mistitled that piece.

Here is the quote:
quote:

“If you are smuggling a child then we will prosecute you, and that child will be separated from you as required by law,” Sessions said Monday at a law enforcement event in Scottsdale, Ariz. “If you don’t like that, then don’t smuggle children over our border.”

WTF would you have authorities do with smuggled children?

It's not a popular law, but it is the right law not to separate families.

The OP ran and hid after getting his arse handed to him. No surprise.

This is an interesting topic though. Right now the radical left is creating twitter trends about #WhereAreTheMissingChildren LINK and #WhereAreTheMigrantChildren LINK and such.

Many are equating this to #pizzagate.

They are reaching a feverish high pitched scream.

It will not end well.

Background: Source: Testimony from DHHS on 4/26/2018
It has been US policy for YEARS to separate children from adults who are caught illegally crossing the border. Parents go to court, kids go to a shelter until they are either placed with their parents, close relatives, or a non-close relative.

This policy does not apply to children of adults who claim refugee status at the border. Those are the family centers that someone earlier in the thread mentioned. For refugees.

In Feb 2016 the ORR began making a number of changes to the background check process and follow up process for children placed with non-close relatives.

Around 92% of all children in this program are from El Salvador, Honduras, and Guatemala. Around 85% of them are teenagers. Around 85-90% of the children are released to their parents or close relatives. 10% are released to non-close relatives.

Story that the MSM and TDS crowd are painting:

Trump administration is tearing families apart. 1500 children have gone "missing" from the program in "recent years".

They are insinuating that these 1500 children went missing since Trump implemented this program.

What they don't say is that this program has been in place for years, well before Trump even announced he was running for office.

What they also don't say is that the majority of the "missing" children are from the Obama era. In fact, this is why in 2016 the ORR did a massive overhaul of their placement procedures and background checks.

Meanwhile, the useful idiots on twitter, including the radical Muslim Linda Sarsour, are screaming that this is Trump's pizzagate. Trump has lost 1500 brown kids, some of which likely ended up in the hands of human traffickers.

NBC, USA Today, and a few blogs have put out articles that only use certain facts (leaving out others completely) to paint a picture of big bad Trump ripping apart families and losing/selling immigrant children.

Anyone who does 5 minutes of due diligence sees this is nothing but Fake News.

My guess is the story will vanish by Monday morning, but I hope they are dumb enough to keep talking about it.

And part of the propaganda being used by the left:

ACLU Report: Detained Immigrant Children Subjected To Widespread Abuse By Officials
LINK

quote:

Immigrant children in the custody of U.S. border authorities allegedly suffered pervasive abuse ranging from insults and threats to physical assaults, according to documents reviewed by the American Civil Liberties Union.

A report released this week by the ACLU is based on more than 30,000 pages of documents obtained through the Freedom of Information Act. The documents, it says, "expose of culture of impunity" within U.S. Customs and Border Protection and the Department of Homeland Security.

quote:

Among the allegations, U.S. officials are said to have:

-Denied a pregnant minor medical attention when she reported pain, which preceded a stillbirth.
-Subjected a 16-year-old girl to a search in which they "forcefully spread her legs and touched her private parts so hard that she screamed."
-Left a 4-lb. premature baby and her minor mother in an overcrowded and dirty cell filled with sick people, against medical advice.
-Threw out a child's birth certificate and threatened him with sexual abuse by an adult male detainee.
-Ran over a 17-year-old with a patrol vehicle and then punched him repeatedly.

Response from CPB and OIG:
quote:

Customs and Border Protection said the ACLU report "equates allegations with fact" and ignores reforms that have been made recently.

It said an investigation by the DHS Office of Inspector General (OIG) "found these claims unsubstantiated" and that OIG officials making a series of unannounced visits to CBP facilities "did not observe misconduct or inappropriate conduct by DHS employees."

This is a report from the ACLU and published by NPR. It is deeply disturbing the lengths these people will go spread propaganda.

So do we Put the kids in jail with the law breaking parents?

You know that American citizen kids get separated from their parents every single day when the parents break the law and have to go to jail.

These people are breaking the law. They should be arrested-detained, prosecuted and or deported. The kids will be reunited with parents when they're escorted out of the country. Or if the parents crime warrants serious jail time then the kids should be sent back to their home country to libe with a relative or turmed over to that Govts version of child services.

Again, American citizen kids are separated from parent when the parents break the law and are jailed.

Do you believe these adults should not be arrested for breaking the laws just because they have kids?

Our homegrown criminal families should be really pissed that the illegal criminal families have been getting to live together - until now.

Simply put, it's an extra punishment for trying to enter the country. Separating a 53 week old infant 2000 miles from its mother on the excuse the baby might not be the child of that mother is a transparent lie. A simple DNA test proves paternity.

Doing this for people illegally entering the country is bad enough, but now they are doing it with refugees presenting themselves (legally) at the border. That's a sin.

Instead, they're intentionally causing emotional harm to kids who have no say in what their parents do. This is cruel hearted and just downright unnecessarily mean.

Nice attempt at shifting blame. The parents are the ones causing emotional harm to their own kids by bringing them along to commit a crime. Do you think these parents weren’t fully aware that while Obozo was in charge, the kids would be allowed to stay with the parents in detention centers- that they’d all be taken care of and fed and housed— all on the us citizens taxpayer dime?? That’s hitting the jackpot for most of them.

You liberals think the world revolves around everybody else’s feelings- it doesn’t. And of course, your party only survives by creating more government dependents who will then vote Democrat— all off the backs of hardworking taxpayers.

Trump doesn’t play the bs sympathy game- if you bring your kids across the border with you illegally, you’re going to be separated from them. Tough shite. If you don’t want to be separated, don’t come across that border. Point blank- Period. Get in line like everybody else.

Every prison in America is filled with parents separated from their children. Why does no one care about these kids? Where are the tears?

I’m with you.
If they come here, split the parents up, split the kids from the parents, split the kids apart if more than one sibling.
Put them in tents in the desert heat. Feed them bread and water. Make life as fricking miserable for them as you can get away with. Make them sleep on the ground with no pillow or blanket. Confiscate everything they bring with them and throw it in the dumpster in front of them. Then give them a pen and paper to write home and tell everyone back home how miserable it is. Make it as bad as possible and if they try and escape, kill them. Only allow the family to reunite if they agree to be shipped back to the shithole they came from.
