Let me explain life for you , sweetie.

Every day when we wake up, we make decisions ALL DAY LONG.

Those decisions are responsible for deciding what happens to us in the course of a day.

THESE FKING THUGS woke up and decided to commit acts of terrorism against a law-abiding populace.

EVERY BAD THING THAT HAPPENED TO THESE WORTHLESS ANIMALS was a result of CHOICES they made.

They are not VICTIMS, THEY ARE PERPS.

FK them and everyone of you who turns these thugs loose time and time again to repeatedly rape, loot and murder.

You are not a victim.

You are a perp.

You start stupid threads that are made solely for the purpose of getting a reaction.

You need to talk to your therapist about this compulsion you have.

So the law can't be poorly thought out? Someone that had nothing to do with a murder gets charged with murder and you think it's fine because it fits within the confines of the law?

Again, RICO also requires underlying predicate felonies. In the GA case against Trump, at least one of those felonies has already been pled by an alleged co-conspirator.

So we can apply his statement to Trump's RICO case in GA, if/when Trump is convicted:

Nope. Not under the RICO statutes. I mean this is kinda right out of the law.

4Commies seeks out these reactions.

Given her ahem...admitted "kinks", one would assume she/it has some sort of self-esteem issues that has lead to this sort of masochistic behavior...

Nope. Simply do not commit crimes, or else you can deal with the consequences—intended or unintended.

You're the next Ryan Carson.

The criminals dont care about you. They think youre a pussy and will beat your arse for nothing more than the shoes on your feet. Theyll steal your shite from your driveway.

Maybe they could have been helped, but after someone is killed is not the time to help.

Jesus Christ, what a reach to try and draw ANY parallels between what is happening to Trump via Political Persecution and this incident.

I am aware of that from reading the article. My comment stems from the fact that you tried to minimize his original crimes by calling it a simple burglary. I think he committed 5 attempted burglaries.
Further, he likely would have continued were he not stopped by the arrival of LEO.

His is an unfortunate event/result due to poor decisions. If you want to start a thread about high speed chases, do that. You muddy the waters when you give him zero responsibility.

The underlying legal theory is literally the exact same.

You're defending criminal laws based in conspiracy. As I said earlier:

Crimes based solely in conspiracy and not active participation are a real scary thing. We will all see why with the Trump RICO case.

I read the whole article. I don’t care that felony murder was applied.

Good, in fact. Don’t commit crimes.

I don’t know who that is.

I’ve been the victim of nonviolent crimes. It is clear that the perpetrators did not care about me. I still don’t think any of them should spend life in prison for their crimes against me.

And y’all call me emotional.

Youre arguing for career criminals to not be held accountable for their actions and are actively trying to shift blame to the cops. Thats like an abused woman the still goes back to the abuser.
