This is funny. You don't even realize which side you're on in the establishment v. conservative divide.

Trump spent more than Obama. A lot more.

Trump didn't stop illegal immigration. Those millions flooding the country since Biden took over are not scaling a big, beautiful wall.

The establishment was far more powerful, far more in control on Trump's last day in office than it was on the first day of his term.

Trump vs Obama on spending? How much has your GOPe spent in 30 years?
The wall? You mean the one your Mitch stopped the Senate from fully funding?
The establishment is strong because of your sides complicity.
F' the GOPe and anyone defending their record.

The problem is that those people are just following the campaign lead. That’s why they are uncannily ALL irritating. Sheep following people with a really bad understanding of what’s what.

By and large the bits don’t understand why they aren’t liked. By nature, these are people who accept a comfortable narrative. And those they listen to explained to them that those that disagree are just a cult. That idea energizes them and also masks that they are unlikable.

Someone should write a book about this some day. In a nutshell, it’s a ton of hubris wrapped in inexperience with no ability to self reflect.

You are the reason dems keep winning, along with cheating that you don't seem to see when everyone else does. I'm sure you are an insufferable little prick in real life too.

You understand that Reagan fundamentally changed the Republican party and is directly responsible for the centrist "RINO" types you people pretend you've always hated, don't you?

When he runs again in '28, Casey needs to stay home MOST of the time. Additionally he needs to drop the Men's Warehouse suits and up the ante with some some tailored suits from the local haberdashery. And stop wearing those worn out weekend cowboy boots. Cowboy boots are fine but they better be nice cowboy boots especially with a suit. With Casey dressing so nicely I don't understand how she allows him to look so disheveled so often.

I appreciate your laying out what the problem with Ron is in '24 for Trump superfandom. It's about a show with a lot of emotion ("he deserves it!") layered on. This is why it's nearly impossible to get into a policy or experience debate with a Trump superfa

Trump wears basically the same suit and tie no matter what the setting.

DeSantis was the the guy running the goofy dinosaur type campaign that “advisers” were pumping him to do as if he’s Bush 2000 and trying always to “fit in” with his crowd, traipsing around Iowa in some sort of farmer looking costumes.

Who’s more hung up on the pointless superficial here really? Who do you think is actually coming across is more genuine?

Dude got convinced to run as a freaking cliche and the electorate is over that shite. It was an unfortunate choice, and you want to blame the people for not buying it.

The guy who spends most of the time hunkered down at MAL is by far more genuine

It got pretty boring arguing with people that don't live in reality

Irony, any? That's why, unlike you, I mostly refrain from posting in these DJT vs RDS. It's over. 60 points?

Who are not living in reality, bro?

Preach bro! That’s a great idea…well thought out, just great. So you’re voting Biden 2024 whether it is active or passive. Yeah that’ll show those damn Cult45s!

It’s automatic. You can’t respond intelligently, so you just go to the dem playbook and try and accuse your opponent if what you are.

My quote describes you PERFECTLY…minus the inexperience part. I always assumed you were 65-70 years old.

It’s funny because your inability to read the landscape results in you having to attribute that landscape to an emotional decision.

He’s right. Desantis had almost no chance of winning the nomination this cycle and even less at winning the general.

You didn’t realize it. Hell, you’d till think he would have a better chance than Trump in the general.

It's not my GOPe. It's yours.

The fact is Trump spent more than any of them. Why do you pretend otherwise?

The wall? You mean the one your Mitch stopped the Senate from fully funding?

He's not my senator. He's the senator Trump called awesome and couldn't figure out how to maneuver around or bowl over to get a wall a majority of Republicans want.

The establishment is strong because of your sides complicity.

You can pretend "establishment" is a label belonging to everyone but you, but the fact is that in the Trump v. DeSantis contest, Trump is far more establishment than DeSantis - and I think you're a Trump superfan.

quote:

F' the GOPe and anyone defending their record.

That would be you.

Or, and this is a possibility, you just support a guy that gets run over by the establishment. In the end, it's the same thing.

Like I said; They know nothing of policy and don't care to know.

Trump could say he's going to ban assault rifles and they'd explain it away so they could still vote for him because he's "fighting the man".

Says the guy that would rather drive off the cliff than even consider the fact that, whether by choice or by not being up to the task, Trump has been amazing for establishment business.

I've accepted that. I understand it. In the primary I believe we can do better, but I'll vote for Trump in a general and hope he ends his establishment/establishment-friendly ways.
