That’s what was reported. It’s alleged an additional $900+million wasn’t reported and there are major national security concerns over their relationship with Qatar.
A&M is essentially a subsidiary of the Qatari government.

You sniveling, jealous little ****, LSU probably commissions fewer than 10% as many officers as A&M each year. Did you serve or are you just another disrespectful count who thinks every forum is the SEC Rant? A&M commissions more officers than any other university outside the service academies and there is not anybody else close behind them. Neither VMI nor The Citadel commission more officers each year. That doesn't even take into account the number of enrolled students who are serving in the guard and reserve units in the area or the many students pursuing other commissioning routes like OCS.

No, they do not deserve major props. Most of their corps doesn't actually get commissioned, only 40% do. LSU puts 80% of its ROTC members into officer slots, although the quantity is fewer. UT Dallas commissions 35 people a year, which is about 1/5 of the vaunted aggy "military school" BS with it's massive uniformed band acting like try hards.
It's a social club for the most part, built out of guilt and "tradition" (described by aggy admissions consultants as anything we do more than twice is tradition.)
There are far more prior enlisted attending that aren't in the Corps that don't participate in reindeer games put on mostly to get status in the university and get laid.
Unless you went to A&M and were in the Corps, you have no fricking clue what you're talking about.

Data can be manipulated in many ways. 40% of 2300 who live it day in day out versus 80% of 200 who dress out once a week are two different numbers. It's ok that you don't like A&M, I get it. But comparing them to an ROTC program at any other school is idiotic.
