And a tool to oppress people of color, instead the are going to replace math with ethnic studies and social justice math.

i honestly don't even know what they're going for
they're arguing that white, western people "appropriated" math and have used it to oppress minorities, and it's important to discuss this to explain disparities in outcomes of math scores by race, or something. guarantee you asian people will be effectively considered white for this class
