Time for USPS to announce it will only handle overseas and military ballots.

USPS must prove it is not a puppet.

99% of the military voted for Biden.
Sure because that is what they said.
Common sense dictates otherwise

Celina Stewart of the ‘League of Women Voters’, who should be more concerned with battling diabetes, was celebrating the decision:

quote:
Celina Stewart, CEO of the League of Women Voters, one of the plaintiffs in the case, said in a statement, “Today, the Supreme Court refused to allow the federal government to throw our elections into chaos just weeks before Election Day.”
“The Postal Service exists to deliver Americans’ mail — not to rewrite election rules, demand voters’ personal information, or decide which ballots make it through the system,” Stewart said. “This was an extraordinary attempt to interfere with voting in all 50 states, and voters should never have been put in this position. Voters should never be caught in the middle of a political power warfare.”

Agreed. That's why it should do exactly what is stated in the OP.

I like what Justice Alito said, calling the legal challenge a “Hail Mary” pass that was unlikely to succeed. He stated that he believes the administration will ultimately win the case because the Postal Service has “broad authority to regulate the mail.”
He's right you know. It is my understanding Fed Ex, DHL, and UPS can not pickup the slack.
Maybe the USPS goes on strike 4 weeks prior to the election through 2 weeks after.
What then, bubba?
