There's a fricking surprise
Yes, the two usual suspects. I had been hearing about how "great" ACB was long before she joined the Supreme Court, but she was obviously not who she was presented as being.

There are plenty of federal laws on how states can conduct elections.

Voting Rights and Voter Registration Laws
Voting Rights Act (VRA) (1965)
National Voter Registration Act (NVRA) (1993)
Help America Vote Act (HAVA) (2002)
Continuity in Representation Act (2005)
Accessibility Laws
Architectural Barriers Act (ABA) (1968)
Voting Accessibility for the Elderly and Handicapped Act (VAEHA) (1984)
Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) (1990)
Laws Impacting Military and Overseas Voters
Uniformed and Overseas Citizens Absentee Voting Act (UOCAVA) (1986)
Military and Overseas Voter Empowerment Act (MOVE) (2009)

So this is the new hill to die on? So now you can't trust the USPS because all those mail carriers and people in the processing centers have it in for Republicans?
This gets funnier

There have been many cases ? Really, can you cite one that was even remotely legitimate and not some lunatic or Dinesh D'Souza grift?

I don't have a problem with this IF they are postmarked before election day.
This and no mail in ballot should be provided to anyone who did not ask for it specifically. California sent ballots out by mail to god knows who, like over a million of them.

I’m asking why all these bills have an allowance for something you claim is not an issue.
If it’s not an issue, there’s no need for the provision. Yet every single solitary blue state that takes late ballots takes them sans postmark. (Except Virginia where we won a court case back in 21.)
