That a virus is contagious? No one has argued that. Just that shutting down the economy for a virus you have 99.9% chance of surviving is ridiculous

I only know a few people who’ve tested positive but I have a couple of examples that contradict their science. These are all people I know well or am related to.
3 separate cases where a coworker tested positive and no one else in their places of employment caught it even though they worked closely with (in one case sharing a workspace) them and masks weren’t required or worn. One of the + coworkers was symptomatic but he thought it was allergies so definitely contagious at the time.
Another is a case of people in the same household. COVID + person wore a mask every time she left the home and still caught it. Other people living in the household didn’t catch it.
None of the people who didn’t catch it could be ruled asymptomatic. They were all tested after being exposed and all negative.
I’m sure there are thousands of cases that support their science but my takeaway is that science is still way behind this and they can’t say anything with absolute certainty. And Schumer can EAD.
