This is so pathetic for our US Govt to be playing favorites. Hiding behind the fake veil of "muh compromised investigations" is even worse.

People constantly demand arrests, but then express outrage when the govt tries to protect the case. They want the DOJ to publicly release all evidence before the trial even begins and still somehow secure convictions at the same time.

Does that not sound unreasonable? If you want convictions, you have to accept you will not be given all the information on an active investigation. If you want all the information, then you have to accept that you may not get convictions. This is the real world. You don't get it both ways.

If you look at Google Trends for 'Jeffrey Epstein' it will show interest in epstein peaked in 2019/2020 and 2024. During the Biden administration, the interest in Epstein hovered around 5% compared to the 75% interest recently. The obvious question is then, "Where was all the concern from democrats and Trump-haters during that time period?"

Why was Khanna and Massie not calling for the release then? Why was Schumer not demanding full transparency? What is different about now? If their goal is to give Trump a black eye, as it clearly is, and I go along with the faux outrage, does that make me a lemming?

Well Chuck, why didn't you release them when you had the golden opportunity for 4 years?

Busy. Hamburgers don't cook themselves you know.

And my gawd man, don't forget the great beer and avacado tariff battles of 2025

Chuckle’s only guiding principle is partisan politics.

Where was this principled urgency between January 2021 through January 2025 Chuckster?

You idiot. Dems agreed to redact info that could expose victims or compromise sensitive intelligence. They are getting what they asked for.

They were going to politicize this no matter what.

This makes me think there is something in the files that involves AOC or Warren as they have started to flex against Chuck.

Massie and Schumer after Trump like you asked for Christmas.

Massie has said over and over that he doesn't think Trump is implicated in the files. Like most people, I agree with Massie that Trump is protecting other rich and powerful men...from embarrassment, not criminal prosecution.

Are their internals really showing that this is a winning position for them?

It's probably the most winning position for them that they have (other than "OMG don't you, really REALLY hate DRuMPf!!!"). Think about their current postions:

-Stopping enforcement of illegal immigration laws
-Supporting the attempts to convince kids they suffer from gender dysphoria and should get their genitals mutilated to compensate for it
-Going to war with Russia over Ukraine
-Cashless bail so violent criminals can be put right back on the street within hours of an arrest
-Men dressing as women allowed into women's places (locker rooms, bathrooms, etc), especially if there are young girls present
-Allowing illegals to get and keep CDLs
-Ignoring the violence inherent with the increase in Muslim populations

Yes, their internals are probably putting Epstein Files at the top of their list.
