Little known fact: Scalia was BFF's with Colin Powell and a Democratic lobbyist from Shreveport named Jim Reeder. They and their wives would all take vacations together.

For me one was his stance on Kelo:
His assertion was that a private use, which provided merely incidental benefits to the state, was not enough of a justification for takings. It was a common sense stance backed not only by the law since the very founding of this country but it (lawful ownership of property that the state can't randomly award to whoever is in its favor at the moment) was one of the major reasons many came to this land in the first place.

Anti-NN: Title II is fricking terrible and shouldn't be applied to anything, especially internet!
Pro-NN: But much scalia opinion that internet is telecoms, and therefore is applicable to TII.
