What do they do? Someone talks about shooting a school. Thats not illegal. What do they charge him with? Don’t tell me they should have done something without being able to tell us what they can charge him with.

This is the same group that can spend millions of dollars on going after Trump, yet a 14yr old posts pictures/comments and then denies doing so and the FBI believes him and lets him go

The term "on my radar" means I know abut it but forgot, its a CYA term instead of saying "thanks for reminding me","I should have followed up on this, but I haven't", or "I know about it, but I don't feel like dealing with it right now". This is how I see it most used at my job.
