That's pretty much it, but, if the Dems win the House, Trump will face impeachment, if not removal.
I predict that Mueller's "theory of the case" for Obstruction will be a novel and previously unheard-of legal concept and approach for a prosecutor to find Obstruction. In other words, he's making it up as he goes along.

It says Mueller is probably finishing conclusions on obstruction, and that either way (clearing or charging Trump) it could impact the remainder of the investigation if revealed

Dems probably care more about the long okay here....bring up the charges that fight against the constitution's wording...that way they can try to chisel away at the wording for future benefit yo their socialist agenda
