Just wondering if 'self defense' will be applied by the defense in this case.
Would love to get the opinion of ......say RFK, and perhaps SFP......, that is if these illustrious board 'legal' counselors can divert their time from more pressing matters.
Looks like another disrespected initiated action, in this case not against whitey, but since the name of the victim was Sanad Ahmad Faisal Al Resheq, it does seem to be there is not discrimination involved here.
I just now wonder if Tlaib and Omar will perk up on this, assuming that the victim was Muslim.

It was multiple stabs but recently I've read where if it was only 1 stab than it was ok

Check the blade length too. One of our resident experts said using a four inch blade was ok.

Perhaps - 'Mello' - the name that should be referred to as per RFK - will be in by a year or so before this dude gets in the TX system - but perhaps dear 'Mello' by then can provide some guidance on how to avoid getting pumped daily.

It's not all of them ... but apparently, in the cities, they're being born and bred as savages. It's become endemic.

This one truly pisses me off. Dude died for just doing his job, because some little ghetto kunt couldn't handle being told "no".
I'm thankful my only gas station job was a block away from a police station, and it had a heavy presence of police around the area. So even during third shifts, I felt comfortable and safe.
