Did you completely forget thatb the SENATE does the confirming?
The Senate has always done the confirming, haven't they? At least in modernity.
Yet other POTUSes have found a way to get conservative justices aboard, haven't they? Like the one who was reported to have been retriring.
And I'm not just talking about the Supreme Court. I'm talking about all of Trump's appointees.

What's the chance of getting this done without Democrats roadblocking it by using their lapdog RINOS

He know he needs to hang on to see who wins in 2028. With a R senate and Vance or Rubio or DeSantis as POTUS, then he can let it go.

Having read this thread, I hate to be my usual “Negative Nellie” and point out that issues of this gravity- I.e. Constitutional Republic vs Democratic Socialism- will NOT be resolved via unverifiable votes or a prevailing and corrupt Court. Courts now being no more than a ‘regular Joe’ in a black robe expressing a personal partisan ideological OPINION. None of us can change that.
It does not take a large number of people to start a street fight. Only a few wanted to take on England re the Declaration and Founding. This can come from either side.

This is such a dishonest statement. If you think this is a valid argument, then it's even worse.
11 democrats voted for Thomas.
Bush didn't have Republicans who vote no out of spite.
If you had any integrity, you would admit that Trump getting anything done as an outsider is immensely more difficult than an establishment whore like Bush.
You expect people to just buy what you are saying without looking at the context. Or more likely, you just don't understand the context.
