When he fist came out he had a few good songs “stay with me.” It came out that he was gay and it didn’t matter much, songs were still good and he has some pipes. But then he decided to get militant this last month around Grammy’s time.

Maybe I was unclear, but I don't *want* to know who he is. Like the OP said, he desperately wants your attention. If he doesn't get it, he loses. Hollywood culture is not my culture, and it's actively hostile to my culture. So I try my best to ignore it.
