He has had at least two other meetings with Ricchetti on April 22 and May 12 and another with top aide Bruce Reed. Bankman-Fried's brother Gabriel also participated in a meeting on his own on May 13. The latest report is further evidence of the deep ties Bankman-Fried had with Washington before he was charged with swindling investors out of at least $1.8 billion. The White House has refused to say whether Biden will give back some of the $5.2 million in donations from the fallen FTX founder gave to his campaign and connected groups in 2020.

You’ve got it all wrong. That money’s not here in the White House. Why, some of that money’s in offshore accounts. Some of the money’s in my brother’s house and some is in Hunter’s house. We gave some of it to government officials in other countries to refuse to grant sanctuary to SBF.

This was nothing but money laundering with funds funding political campaigns.
Start with the media. The media must give the money back paid to them by the political campaign.
The media can then bill the politician. The media will remain quiet unless pressure is put on it to return the payments.

You realize that even if he pleads Monday, this will "get in a courtroom" in various civil suits as well as the bankruptcy case, right?

The DOJ already announced a review of donations. Most are very public. Y’all want something here so bad, who like most everything it’s run of the mill criminal, just larger scale. The bail, the plea, nothing unusual. It was a dumb, obvious crime with ample damning evidence, his cohorts rolled quick…it’s pretty open shut, which is what a few of us have said from day 1.
