There's the first indicator that the author is biased. The Alien Enemies Act is not exclusively a "wartime authority". It's an extremely broad authority given directly to the president to be used whenever he perceives an influx of aliens to be a threat to the public safety within these shores.

The Obama DoJ didn't target Yoo's memos specifically to be rescinded, but instead every bit of legal guidance on the issue from the previous administration. I dont know shite about John Yoo. But I do know that Russiagate was a coordinated and intentional act by opposition officials to remove a duly-elected president by falsely accusing him of treason - a crime punishable by death or imprisonment.
