Here, by the way, is the MediaMatters link in question. Notice that the article does nothing more than quote Rush's own words and embed an audio of his own broadcast:

So, how in the world can Zach contend that MediaMatters took Rush's words "out of context"? Even most of the rightwing posters here have agreed with Rush's attack upon the "political left", so there is no question about the truth of the headline, either... Rush did indeed exploit Robin Williams's suicide to attack the political left.

Rex heard something stupid that Rush said and is running with it. Media and political personalities do this on 12 second intervals.
And, Rex, I think most people here who are Republicans even, don't like Rush. Why do you care so much?
Edit: Sounds like a lot of people, including Rush and Rex, talking out of their asses about something they know nothing about.

Rex, you actually bring a piece on SECRANT from Media Matters.
What Rush is saying is that you anti-American, commie live in a dark world view and this negative nellie type attitude is bad for most peoples state of mind. Rush makes general statements, that of course can be wrong in instances, but are right in general. I wouldn't have said it about a person that just died, but facts are facts as far as Rush is concerned.
One thing I am certain of is after this nations dectruction, people like you and Obama will be laughed at and mocked, all of you liberals are America hating deviants.

Rush was not talking about Robin Williams. He was talking about the media's coverage of Robin Williams (and the leftest worldview of the media... not Robin Williams).
