That said, inconsistency in living out a moral standard is not necessarily an indictment on that moral standard. People are flawed and are incapable of living up to good standards. Good moral standards shouldn't be tossed aside as the result.

We all knew that Obama was slapped by the FISA court, it was reported not long after he left office. CNN et al...didn't report it, it went unnoticed because Obama is above the law.
