Unlikely. They want to defend their reputation.

Still not sure what Rudy said that they are specifically taking issue with.

But there were problems in this election that are factual that should diminish their reputation. The most benign of which is that they were in polling places having to do updates the days before and on the morning of the election, which arguably might have violated some election rules. Certainly not a good look.

Then why didn’t they get a change in court to have their cases heard?

None of them.

No standing.

You can’t be that stupid to assume they all were lying.

Go read the lawsuit. They detail it specifically.

Just found a copy of the case here.

I breezed through it. There's a metric ton of irrelevant information, some out of context information, and some meaty claims which Rudy did allegedly make.

Seems fairly weak if they have to attack Rudy for selling advertisements on a podcast, lol to help bolster their points.

Dominion is stacked, yes, in an Emmitt Sullivanly luck of the draw way.

When I speak of practical I am talking about things like how particular judges administer cases in specific jurisdictions. Taking the temperature of the court is a big part of the battle.

This man knows what he’s talking about.

It’s th e temperature of the courts, not the preponderance of the evidences that rule the day.

Assume dominion has kept every single record in every single machine otherwise there is a spoliation issue they cannot recover from. Seems like that is the data that was requested in all the lawsuits from before. Chain of custody will be interesting.
