Roseanne show might continue...., but without Roseanne.

There is some cautious optimism that Roseanne, cancelled by ABC on Monday, could continue without co-creator and star Roseanne Barr. I hear the show’s producers will be meeting with Disney-ABC executives on Monday to pitch a revamped Roseanne without the title star (and likely the original title too).

Sara Gilbert's contribution to the reboot was the gender non conforming dress wearing boy so you can imagine how a Sara Gilbert focused spinoff would go.

Sara Gilbert is wetting herself over excitement for this. She truly thinks that people want to watch a show called "Darlene" about her character and her kids.
Sorry Sara you don't get to ride Rosanne's coattails on this one. You might get your show, but you wont get 1/4 the viewers.

Mayberry, R.F.D. didn't really work out without Andy. This won't either without Roseanne.
