well he's right in this case. Why are we rewarding one of the biggest, most blatant state sponsors of terrorism? The saudis don't even try to hide it. If you're going to complain about the above two things you damn well better be pissed off at Saudi Arabia.

Dude, it's the fricking mideast. Absolutely not one of them is trustworthy as an ally. They're merely a means to an end.
We knew who exactly they are as an authoritarian desert theocracy when we made deals with them.
However, it's best to keep them close lest they buddy up to Russia and China and in the grand scheme of things of geopolitics, such an alliance is just bad news for us.
We have to look at the bigger picture here and that's the usual suspects including the turks, Russians, and Obama admin people don't want us confronting Iran.
