“She’s an embarrassment to the Supreme Court. She’s a DEI hire... This dissent on her part and the way the other justices smacked her down speaks volumes.”

Seriously, though, if we had 5 Kentajis on the Court we would have hot civil war. No joke, fat.

He is not wrong.
Only thing i take issue with is his use of the past tense "smacked her down". He should change that to "continue to smack her down". Sounds more accurate since it seems to happen so often.

I think its good that shes on the court.
No one can pretend on the left that she isnt just like the hundreds of other incompetent far leftist judges they've appointed to courts across the country to do their political bidding.
Shes what they want.
Shes who they are.
They can defend her or evolve but its right there for everyone to see and react to.

I agree. All politics aside, they have brilliant minds that just see issues differently. She’s not one.

Oh, I'm sure there are black female judges smarter than her. But they won't follow orders and vote exactly the way the Dems tell them to vote.

From a game theory perspective it actually helps the Conservatives to have this rambling idiot on the Supreme Court.
The other Libs are realizing they need to distance themselves from her on almost every issue b/c KJB is so intellectually toxic.
This keeps the other Libs quasi-divided on issues, and at times, pushes them to the right on other issues.
The last thing Conservatives need is a rational liberal to replace KJB.

I've yet to see one like that and I try to follow current events as closely as my time will allow.

It's become quite clear over the past 10-15 years the US judiciary in general is a leftist controlled institution.
