They tried to bankrupt Trump and people that were around him. He probably shouldn't have publicly said what he said, but there's some hard feelings there because of that.

Mueller gave Trump his biggest win in the first admin.
He destroyed muh Russia an exonerated Trump.
I will never understand these emotional takes ignoring what actually happened. Hell I saw one thread earlier about Paul Manafort where people are trying to retcon reality-history and claim there was no crime. Just insane stuff.
Manafort was 100% guilty and his crimes had no real overlap with Trump, and despite his best efforts to give dirt for leniency, Mueller did not engage because Manafort is a slimeball and a liar and would say anything to save himself.

Why is public sentiment that scumbags are suddenly untouchable when they die?
The guy was a horrific human being that destroyed people over a fake investigation.

We live in a media-driven society where virtual sainthood is automatically conferred the deceased upon death, no matter how shitty a person they were.

Wasn’t Mueller in hearings asked repeated what DoJ position excluded them from exonerating Trump when not guilty? And I don’t think it was the DoJ that gave Trump his biggest win but rather not being guilty in the first place and having the balls and money with a whole lot of ego to fight that persecution
